These terms govern the use of the ZEQIO website and, where separately agreed, the ZEQIO platform and TOOLWATCH product supplied by Eromex Industri AB.
Scope
These terms apply to your use of the ZEQIO website. Use of the ZEQIO platform, TOOLWATCH software and ZEQIO Edge hardware is governed by the separate written agreement concluded with Eromex Industri AB, which prevails in case of conflict.

Content on this website is provided for general information. Figures, KPIs and dashboard values shown in product demonstrations are illustrative demo data and do not represent any specific customer installation or guaranteed result.
Intellectual property
ZEQIO®, TOOLWATCH® and all associated logos, product names, software, documentation and design elements are the property of Eromex Industri AB. No license is granted except as expressly agreed in writing.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the availability of the website, scrape content at a scale that degrades service, or use our materials to build a competing offering.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability of the website but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Platform availability commitments are defined in the applicable service agreement and service level annex.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Eromex Industri AB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability under customer agreements is governed exclusively by those agreements.

Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be settled by the Swedish courts, with Södertälje District Court as the court of first instance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
